A full-time vocational dance training framework designed for young dancers preparing for professional careers in dance.
The programme is structured to accommodate different training needs through a combination of pathway options and focus tracks, while maintaining a shared educational framework, common standards, and a cohesive cohort experience. Training emphasises technical development, rehearsal practice, artistic responsibility, and continuity, supporting dancers in the transition from advanced training towards professional practice.
All participants belong to the same programme cohort. Individual pathway and focus choices shape training emphasis, while shared modules, rehearsals, and academy activities ensure regular artistic exchange across the group.

Duration and Schedule
Programme Period September 2026 – August 2027
Academic Structure Training is aligned with the academic year and delivered as a continuous, week-by-week programme across the full period.
Weekly Schedule Weekly timetables are determined by each student’s selected pathway (Full-Year or Compact) and overall programme planning. Applicants may indicate a primary orientation — Ballet, Contemporary, or Balanced — as part of their individual profile. This helps inform placement, repertoire, coaching emphasis, and broader artistic development within the programme. Final schedules are confirmed following admission and individual placement.
Final Component The programme concludes with Phoenix – Summer Intensive 2027 (July–August 2027), which serves as the final training phase of the academic year.
Structure
Programme Structure
Dance Vision is structured around two complementary dimensions: Pathway, which defines the weekly training commitment, and Orientation, which helps identify the primary artistic profile of each dancer within the programme.
Together, these elements help shape an individual training profile within a unified educational framework.
Pathway Options (Weekly Training Commitment)
Full-Year Pathway (5 days per week)
Designed for dancers seeking a comprehensive, immersive training rhythm that closely reflects professional company life.
Approximately 11–15 training units per week
Ongoing ballet and contemporary training
Rehearsal practice, repertoire work, and creative modules
Intended for dancers aiming for maximum continuity and depth in their training
Compact Pathway (3 days per week)
Designed for dancers who require a more flexible weekly structure while maintaining professional-level training standards.
Approximately 6–9 training units per week
Core classes selected from the Full-Year curriculum
Emphasis on technical consistency, artistic development, and structured progression
Both pathways operate within the same pedagogical framework and uphold the same artistic and educational standards.
Orientation within the Programme
Alongside the chosen pathway, participants may indicate a primary orientation based on their current background, strengths, and training objectives. This helps support placement, artistic development, and longer-term planning within the programme.
Ballet Orientation
For dancers with a stronger emphasis on classical ballet training
May include pointe work and/or men’s technique
May support development in ballet repertoire and stylistic clarity
Contemporary Orientation
For dancers with a stronger emphasis on contemporary dance practice
May support development through technique, improvisation, movement research, and creative work
May include modern and contemporary repertoire
Balanced Orientation
For dancers seeking an integrated profile across ballet and contemporary training
Suitable for dancers who wish to maintain versatility and a broader technical base
Individual Training Profile
Each dancer’s pathway and stated orientation contribute to an individual training profile within the programme.
This structure supports:
Consistent educational and artistic standards
Cohort connection across the full programme
A cohesive, company-style learning experience
Space for individual development and longer-term artistic direction
While minimum training units are defined by the selected pathway, the programme is designed to support dancers who wish to engage at a higher intensity and take full advantage of the available training opportunities.
